There are many reasons I love design but there is only one that takes the cake, seeing people light up from using my product. Making people’s vision come to life is what motivates me to create quality designs. If I'm not pushing around pixels, my time is filled with strolling the fairways at the golf course, relaxing with family and friends, and exploring the internet to expand my skills and knowledge.

Stericycle Expert Solutions is a partner with the tools and insights to help make key decisions to protect, enhance, and grow a brand, becoming a powerful asset for companies worldwide.
This project posed a unique challenge in that the appearance needed significant updating but had to remain professional and still generate leads. With the collaborative efforts of Melissa Leide, I took a more conservative approach to layout and design. I used flat color blocks and simple icons to update the aesthetics while exploring traditional layouts with a twist. By incorporating interactive elements into the layout I was able to produce a site that is proving to be extremely successful for the company.
This was collorbation work with Melissa Leide.
Rosseto Serving Solutions offers creative and innovative products for displaying, dispensing, and serving food. They are a leading manufacturer for the retail, hospitality, and food service industries.
Rosseto’s old site was confusing, dated, and had a poor user experience. My mission was to help bring their brand into the 21st century. I used an abundance of white space, strong typography, and beautiful images to help guide the user and draw attention to certain elements. The new site updates their brand and drives users to explore various ways to use Rosseto’s products.
I had the opportunity to work with Melissa Leide. on this project.
BookedOut is paving the way for freelancers and brands with an all-in-one unique app experience. Within the app freelancers can view, apply, and book events with huge recognizable brands. No more dealing with agencies to find work, it’s now all at your fingertips.
I worked with Melissa Leide. on this project to come up with a website that supported the unique and modern aspects of the product Together we needed to communicate not only what the product is but who the products is for, which was virtually anyone. Profiling different types of users was of top priority which was supported with a custom calendar function that highlighted the various types of events someone could book. The end result is a clean yet playful design that launched the brand into the marketplace.
Columbia College Chicago, an independent university specializing in arts and media, came up with an idea to create a custom library of resources that would allow the users to search, upload and download materials, and communicate with each other worldwide.
I was tasked with designing a web experience that is easy for any user to navigate and understand. To push the playful education feeling, I used line iconography and bold colors to separate the curriculum categories in the navigation sidebar. The use of whitespace, along with a two column layout, helps draw the user's eye to the content being provided. By merging their idea with my intuitive design this project has the potential to be the next social media platform for educators.

Nitti Development is one of the leading builders in the Chicagoland area. Building homes with 10’ ceilings, 8’ doorways, and using the latest and greatest technologies, it’s easy to see why they are at the top in their industry.
Nitti wanted a new site that reflected the same detail and care that goes into their homes. With the focus being on one of their new projects, Berteau Development, I leveraged bold typography and their breath taking images to showcase their amazing work. I put careful consideration into creating a site that is scalable so it can grow with the company.
FingerWeights is a new product that helps athletes, musicians, and gamers strengthen their fingers, help relieve arthritis and carpal tunnel, and improve hand balancing and grip establishment.
On the cusp of innovation, FingerWeights needed a site that guided their brand toward a younger market that is willing to try anything once. I pushed the envelope with this project by using bold colors, sharp angles, and strong typography that is paired with powerful supporting graphics. This advanced the brand in the right direction and allowed them to stand out and be unique in their market.
KSA Lighting and Controls is a premier brand in the Chicago metropolitan area. They are dedicated to delivering unmatched value to their clients by providing superior solutions and quality service.
KSA’s old site used flash (cringe) and was difficult to navigate and understand what they do. My goal was to make the user experience better for prospective clients coming to the site and also construct a resource to assist the sales team. I used white space with minimal color and clean type hierarchy that allowed their work to stand out on the page.

UIC Emergency Medicine is one of the oldest and most established Emergency Medicine training programs in the country. With four main training facilities students are given ample experience, preparing them for the real world after graduation.
This project was tricky because it needed to deliver a lot of information while still being fun to attract young students. The website had to cater to three types of users, current residents, students applying for residencies, and faculty.
I used fun and vibrant colors to establish a youthful vibe that accompanies a college atmosphere. Varying color palettes were used to differentiate between Medical Students / Current Residents, creating an intuitive user experience. These pages use a grid style layout to communicate the most important information to the busy students whereas the 3rd level pages have a clean layout as to not clutter the message or content. Real photography of students was used throughout the site to connect incoming students to the material.
Wifisite provides the best Wi-Fi solutions for campgrounds and RV Parks using only the latest technology without all the cables and wires, and it won’t hurt your wallet.
Wifisite’s old website was very minimal, so minimal it had a corporate feel that was not going to work for the campground owner target market. In order to draw more attention to the brand as it made its debut in the U.S., I wanted to step it up a notch.
The first thing I wanted to do was make the site engaging for the users and connect their experience with going camping. In order to do that I used an outdoors / wooden color palette, line style graphical elements, stunning nature photos, and realistic mockups to tie together the outdoors and technology aspects. I incorporated a lot of space between elements to mimic the openness of the great outdoors. When the site was all said and done, the brand transformed from a sterile uninviting space to an energetic and outdoor feel.
